About the event
Join Monique Cudbertson as she guides you through a powerful New Moon Circle.
We will spend our time together dedicated to pursuing our inner knowing and wisdom and applying it to intentional aligned action. We will do this through Guided Meditation, Energy and Frequency Work, Journaling, and Co-working.
Please come dressed comfortably and cozy. All props to be comfortable during the class (yoga mats, bolsters, blankets etc) will be available at the studio.
Students are asked to bring a journal and a pen, and if they want, any of your favorite items such as Crystals, Cards, Art Supplies, Books, etc..
