Exploring new areas has always been one of my most favorite things to do. Having recently moved to Ontario, I feel so blessed to have the world famous Algonquin Park right out my back door. This painting was inspired by canoe tripping in the area, and is not of a particular place, but from my imagination of what lies Somewhere Out There. Algonquin Park is named from the Indigenous Peoples of the area, and has a long history in which I am just beginning to learn.
