About the event
Our evening will begin with 15 minutes in the sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the lake — the perfect way to open your mind and spark inspiration!
Once you are ready to relax into your Mindful Mandala Art experience you will join Mo for instruction and materials to create your own mandala painting that speaks to your inner world.
As the sun sets, return to the warmth of the sauna and another invigorating lake plunge, leaving you refreshed, centered, and artistically fulfilled.
